SHIPPING INFORMATION: Purchases from shop.brandeeevans.com are dispatched on a production timeline of 7-10 business days. As is standard practice in the United States, "business days" are calculated as Mondays through Fridays - excluding national and postal holidays.

Orders depart on a rolling basis via USPS First Class service, M-F. Please allow 24-48 hours from the receipt of your shipping confirmation email for the package to process into the USPS tracking system. USPS First Class packages are on a general 3-6 day "expected" delivery range by the postal service. However, SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED BY USPS, and may take up to four to six weeks in some cases.
Shipping updates, such as "out for delivery," or "delivered" are electronically uploaded by the USPS and automatically communicated to the customer through the online merchant platform. Shop Brandee Evans does not receive or control further information on status, does not control or influence carrier updates, and cannot assist with carrier-related inquiries.
LOST OR LATE PACKAGE? Once your shipment leaves the retailer's possession with a tracking number, responsibility for its delivery lies with the USPS. Issues with lost or late packages must be addressed by the Purchaser directly to the carrier, through its Help Request or Claim portal. Shop Brandee Evans can not provide any assistance with the tracking or location of packages in the Carrier's possession.
This retailer will NOT refund purchases or shipping fees in the event of non-delivery or late delivery by the USPS. First Class shipping does not include package insurance. Priority shipping includes up to $100.00 in package insurance.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Packages heading to destinations outside the U.S. are initially processed through an international distribution center operated by the USPS. Tracking information is limited after departing the United States, and transit time varies based on the final destination of the package. Please expect shipments to foreign locations to take between 6 and 8 weeks for delivery. Issues with lost or late packages must be addressed by the Purchaser directly to the carrier, through its Help Request or Claim portal. BrandeeEvans.com can not provide any assistance with the tracking or location of packages in the Carrier's possession.
RETURNED PACKAGES: This retailer relies on the true and accurate shipping details entered by you during the checkout process. If a package is returned to the shop as undeliverable, you may correct your shipping address and have it sent again for a re-shipping fee of $4.99 - $9.99 for U.S. destinations, and $24.99 for international destinations. Otherwise, a credit in the amount of the items purchased, not including the shipping fees paid, will be made to the original form of payment on file.
